HOW IT WORKS
The first time you contact Precision Takeoffs there will be a brief, initial consultation to see which of our services best suit your needs. You will then send us a complete set of plans along with a work scope for the specific job and the date that you need to have the work completed. If we can meet your deadline we will then look over the plan and email you a “not to exceed” quote for that job. This means that the quote you receive will not be a final invoice for the services requested but you will never be billed more than this price and often times your final invoice will be less. If you agree to the terms and conditions included in your quote we will begin the work you have requested. Once we have finished, a screenshot of the work and a final invoice will be emailed to you. After we have received your payment we will then email you the full range of all the services you have been quoted. We are always available to go over the work we have completed for you at no additional charge.
